A few thoughts I brought back from Florida:
Good trip, got to see alot of family I hadn't seen in a while, and read Digital Fortress. Entertaining book, but not wholly unpredictable in its mysteries.

I'm getting ready to go away next week, and I decided I needed a new Gameboy for the trip, so I went out and bought this new toy:
A Gameboy Advance SP made to look like an old Nintendo Entertainment System controller. Pretty bad ass!
To accompany my GBA, I picked up Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. A Mario RPG and the Super Nintendo Zelda game, which is the only Link/Zelda game I never played.
Should at least keep my airplane flight interesting.

I've had a weird vampire thing going on lately.
It's been a long time since I've had my vampire obsession. I read Anne Rice up until Memnoch The Devil, at which point I thought she was more interested in writing about sex than telling a story. I played Vampire : The Masquerade. I dressed up as a vampire for halloween a couple times.
But now within the last week or so, I've picked up 2 vampire books and vampire dvds. I read the aforementioned Essential Tomb Of Dracula and watched the aforementioned Buffy Season Six. When I heard the World of Darkness was coming to an end, I had to read the novelizations to see how it ended, so I picked up Gehenna: The Final Night to see how it ends from the vampires' perspective. The Werewolf and Mage perspectives are also available (and will probably be read when I finish the vampires).
I have the urge to go drink blood now. Be sure to wear a high collared shirt if you go out this eve...
